Welcome to the Meyer Tennis Center
The Meyer Tennis Center features six hard courts, all of which have lights and court 5 has a hitting wall. Courts 5 and 6 have blended lines for pickleball. All courts are open from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm. Restrooms, drinking fountains, benches, and tables are located at the facility.

Singles Use Only:
For community members that are looking to pay singles. Allowed up to one guest.
Doubles Use: Age 49 & under
For community members that are age 49 and under, looking to play doubles. Key holder is allowed up to three guests.
Doubles Use: Age 50 & over or Mobility Issues
For community members that have mobility issues or age 50 and over. Key holder is allowed up to three guests.
Family Use:
For community members, two key holders, (living in the same household) who wish to use the key independently.
Alum Tennis Key Holder
Singles Use Only:
For Mills and NU alums that are looking to play singles. Allowed up to one guest.
Doubles Use: Age 49 & under
For Mills and NU alums that want to play doubles. Key holder is allowed up to three guests.
Doubles Use: Age 50 & over or Mobility Issues
For Mills and NU alums that want to play doubles, are over 50 or have mobility issues. This allows up to three guest
Family Use:
For Mills and NU alums and ONE partner/spouse (living in the same household) to use the key independently.
Tennis Key Process
To obtain a key and access the tennis courts, you must first schedule an appointment to pay the fees and pick up the key. Please email oaklandrecfacilities@northeastern.edu with the subject line titled “tennis key” to schedule an appointment with one of our staff members.
To inquire about renting courts for tournaments or clinics, please email oaklandrecfacilties@northeastern.edu with the subject line titled “tennis rental”.
Tennis key rates are prorated, we do not offer monthly billing plans nor do we accept cash or check transactions. Please note that community users are prorated each month, fees for staff/faculty/alums are prorated by semester. Tennis keys are not transferrable. If your your key is lost or misplaced, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.
