Group Fitness

Group Fitness provides ample opportunities for fitness sessions, series classes, and drop-in events. Attend when you can and supplement your day. Classes are free for all NU – Oakland students, faculty, staff and alumni. Most group series-based classes are free as well, unless otherwise noted.

Group Fitness is a great opportunity to exercise in a group with the guide of a certified experience instructor. Campus Sports and Recreation offers multiple different types of Group Fitness classes: Barre Sculpt, Dance Fitness, Flow Yoga, Pilates, Spin, HIIT Circuit, Total Body Sculpt, and Yoga.
