Classes

Group Fitness provides ample opportunities for fitness sessions, series classes, and drop-in events. Attend when you can and supplement your day. Some offerings include: Spin, kickboxing, SUP yoga, ballet, hiking and pilates. Get to know your instructors, schedules, rules, and registration instructions.
